Our dear fellowship
We trust that you have had a wonderful rest over the summer break and are on fire and ready to serve the Lord with renewed strength. The greatest work we can undertake is the work of God and it is our privilege to continue serving the Lord in GateWay.
The enemy of the best is second best
We now have the opportunity to raise the standards in every area of ministry within the life of the Church because Jesus, the King of Kings, deserves excellence in all things. Our new complex will enable us to raise the levels and sharpen our approach for the Kingdom. To achieve this takes greater devotion and dedication. We are confident that this is in the hearts of those God has truly planted in GateWay. We will not settle for second best.
The development of our team
We were delighted to welcome Pastor Don and Doreen on to the team during August. They bring with them a wealth of ministry experience that will enrich the life of the Fellowship. Don will undertake various aspects of ministry within the Fellowship. Pastor Jim and Margery Dick arrive to join us this month after a wonderful break in Australia and will bring to GateWay a lifetime's experience of serving God. Jim will be developing the teaching programme within the life of the Church.
Expression of appreciation
We are so grateful to all who have faithfully served during the period we have spent in the school. Together we have seen God bring through the impossible but without the loyalty and outstanding commitment of people in GateWay it would have never happened. Miriam and I would like to say a great big ‘THANK YOU' for being the awesome people you are. Our thanks go to the leadership and to every person for their solid work over the last eighteen months. By standing with us you have proved to be true men and women of God. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Time to press on
It is always exciting to step into something new. For the family at GRC this is a new day so let us press on into the best because this is what God has already prepared for us. Hallelujah!
