Our dear fellowship

It is so hard to believe that we are entering 2007. The millennium was celebrated just seven years ago. Time is passing so fast and seems to get faster as each year passes.

The Closure of 2006 and beginning of 2007

As we celebrate the closure of 2006 and step into 2007 our minds are flooded with thoughts of what we have achieved and all the possibilities of a new beginning. Every year brings its joys and sorrows, laughter and tears. 2006 is over and it is time to move on into what I believe is going to be a truly wonderful year for us as a Fellowship. It is good to remember the Lord has been through it all with us and is committed to travelling with us hand in hand through 2007. This past year will have been different for all as will the year that lies before us. How we approach and begin this New Year is vital as this sets the direction of our journey. God will enable you to reach your journey's end with joy and thankfulness.

God is bigger than your failures and your successes

How we evaluate our failures and successes will often determine how we approach a new season or chapter in life. Events that take place do have a major impact upon us as people and can sometimes place limitations upon our expectations for the future. It is so wonderful to remember that God is bigger than our weakness and is not restricted by our failures or even our successes.

Thank God for Jesus.

There are things to leave behind and things to take with you

May God give us all wisdom to leave behind that which will hinder and take with us the value of lessons learned.

Appreciation and Thanks

Miriam and I want to thank you for your faithfulness and loyalty in 2006 and say how honoured we are to be part of this wonderful Fellowship.

Let's keep our eyes on the good things.

God bless you
